稱(cheng)重(zhong)模塊(kuai)分為兩(liang)類(lei),壹個是(shi)靜載稱(cheng)重(zhong)模塊(kuai),另壹個是(shi)動(dong)載稱(cheng)重(zhong)模塊(kuai)。前者主(zhu)要(yao)是(shi)用(yong)於較(jiao)小(xiao)的(de)靜載荷(he)稱重(zhong)場(chang)合,壹般靜載稱(cheng)重(zhong)模塊(kuai)都安(an)裝在(zai)各種(zhong)形狀(zhuang)的容器上(shang)進(jin)行稱(cheng)重(zhong)用(yong)的。後者主(zhu)要(yao)適用(yong)於流(liu)水(shui)線作(zuo)業,壹般像(xiang)大型(xing)工廠的(de)傳(chuan)輸(shu)帶、振(zhen)動(dong)器等等壹些機(ji)械(xie)平(ping)臺都(dou)會用(yong)到動(dong)載稱(cheng)重(zhong)模塊(kuai)的。

至於稱重(zhong)模塊(kuai)與稱(cheng)重(zhong)傳(chuan)感器的(de)區(qu)別是(shi),稱重(zhong)傳(chuan)感器主(zhu)要(yao)是(shi)用(yong)於測量重(zhong)量(liang)而(er)且盡(jin)在(zai)重(zhong)力(li)的方(fang)向,而(er)稱重(zhong)傳(chuan)感器是(shi)稱重(zhong)用(yong)的,主(zhu)要(yao)用(yong)於現(xian)場(chang)的測定。當(dang)然(ran),稱重(zhong)模塊(kuai)在(zai)某種(zhong)場(chang)合也叫稱重(zhong)傳(chuan)感器的(de),這(zhe)些用(yong)途(tu)都(dou)是(shi)壹樣的。但是(shi)兩(liang)個都(dou)有各(ge)不相(xiang)同(tong)的(de)優(you)勢(shi)。稱重(zhong)模塊(kuai)有三種(zhong)結構,分別是(shi)浮動(dong)、半浮(fu)動(dong)、固定這三種(zhong)結構,這種(zhong)三種(zhong)結構都有(you)不同(tong)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong),而(er)且缺(que)壹不可(ke)。
